The grapes are de-stemmed and cold macerated. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks under a controlled temperature (16-18°C). This wine is racked part into stainless steel and part into French oak tonneau barrels, where it matures to perfection. The wine is then assembled and bottled.
It nicely complements important fish or meat first course dishes. Excellent with hard cheeses and fish chowders.
